Restriction on the use of Services
Our site provides the ability for eligible subscribers to access content via annual or monthly subscription relating to the investment views and strategies employed by Puru Saxena (“Services“). It may not be lawful for the Company to provide Services to subscribers in every jurisdiction, perhaps because it is unlawful to provide the Services generally or to specific categories of person in a particular jurisdiction, or because provision is unlawful unless the Company holds a particular licence in that jurisdiction (any such jurisdiction, a “Restricted Territory“).

Services provided to subscribers on this site are only targeted to, and intended for use by, persons who are not located in a Restricted Territory. By continuing to access, view or make use of Services on this site, you hereby warrant and represent to us that you are not located in a Restricted Territory.
Payment for Services
Alpha Target does not offer free trials and we follow a no refund policy.
Services are provided on this site on a subscription basis. In return for access to the Services, subscribers agree to pay in advance the annual or monthly subscription fee set out on the subscription page of the site. Subscriptions will automatically renew and fees charged at the start of each new subscription period unless a subscriber has provided notice of termination.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time (without any refund) from within your account on our website. Please note that all sales are final and we do not issue credits or refunds. When a subscription is cancelled, it continues until the end of the current subscription period. The subscription fees for the unused portion are not refunded and you are liable for the charges for the subscription period you have chosen.

We amend these Terms from time to time. Every time you wish to use our site, please check these Terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time.
You must keep your account details safe
If you are an eligible user that subscribes for Services, you will be provided with login details for your account to access the Services, which may include a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures (“Login Details“). You must treat such information as confidential and not disclose it to any third party.
We have the right to disable your account access at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms.

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

Termination of Services
We may terminate the provision of Services to any subscriber at any time and will immediately terminate the provision of services to any subscriber located in a Restricted Territory. In the event that we terminate the provision of Services to a subscriber, we will NOT reimburse any subscription fees paid in advance for the remainder of the current subscription period unless the termination is not for any breach of these Terms or other misuse of the site or materials provided on the site.
For the avoidance of doubt, if we terminate your subscription because you have violated these Terms, you will not be entitled to receive a refund, reimbursement, or any other credit for any portion of the subscription fees.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Jersey law and by using the site you agree that the courts of Jersey will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Terms or any Services provided on the site.
